Gold qualified for 18U ASA Gold Nationals in Marietta, Georgia to be held later
on this summer in August. They beat Lil Saints from Pheonix Arizona 2 to1
in a tight game that started at 10:30 am at the Killeen Athletic Complex.
Georgia Fire, Oregon Sun Supply and KC Peppers were the other 3
qualifiers. Magic Gold was one inning away from qualifying before KC
Peppers discovered their bats. Magic Gold won 5 games in a row before
reaching the game with the KC Peppers.
