"I'm excited about having her [Timms] as part of our program," said Head Coach Rhonda Thigpen, "She has lots of potential."

Timms, a 5-10 left-handed setter, is currently finishing her senior year at Conroe High School, and has played for both her high school team as well as the Woodlands Star 17U Volleyball Club. Timms was named to the 14-5A All-District Academic team in her sophomore year, and was also named MVP at Conroe High School in her junior year.

Timms is also the captain of the Woodlands Star 17U Volleyball Club team that place 17th overall out of 76 team at the Lone State Classic.

"She brings a lot of club experience," Coach Thigpen added, "and will help us continue the Lady Reddie tradition."
