Refund Policy
Once an item is purchased, if no work has been done toward the generation of the product then the customer gets a full refund. If work has been done towards the item purchased, then the refund is the purchase price minus the work done. For example, if a customer purchases a promotional video and has been filmed, then the refund is the total price minus the filming cost and tapes purchased.
